A sunny day out...

Meet up with Dear in the noon ard 1pm++. The weather was super hot & humid...
Accompany him to the bike shop to get his "botak" tyre changed and to settle his bike instalment and insurance. Yup..and this will be the time he will be struggling with his finances... Everything went budget..but what to do...No pain, no gain?? MmMMmm...nono..i think i shld say, have "no pay no gain"...no pay so no gain to a bike for him to travel around conveniently to anywhere at anytime =) He had his lunch there while waiting for his bike and as usual, i had a glass of my fav. avocado juice.

He wanted to watch a movie by the title, 300. The first thought that came to my mind,"what a weird title to have...". He told me that i might not like it cause it's a battle violence/action movie which most girls might not like it.

It's a movie based on the epic graphic novel by Frank Miller, 300 is a ferocious retelling of the ancient Battle of Thermopylae in which King Leonidas (Gerard Butler) and 300 Spartans fought to the death against Xerxes and his massive Persian army. Facing insurmountable odds, their valor and sacrifice inspire all of Greece to unite against their Persian enemy, drawing a line in the sand for democracy. The film brings Miller's (Sin City) acclaimed graphic novel to life by combining live action with virtual backgrounds that capture his distinct vision of this ancient historic tale.

W/o any hesitation, we proceeded down to PS to watch the movie, 300. Purposely went to golden village because dear got the safra card which can get a privilege of a max. 2 movie tickets at $8 each on weekend. Though not as cheap but still cheaper than usual :)

We couldn't get to catch the movie at 1610 as we took 15mins to queue for the tickets till we had exceeded the time...actually queued from 1600 to 1615..Omg! Was wondering which is the main movie that attrated so many people, or is it the place that the cinema is located at?? =.='''
Anyway, we bought 2 tickets for the movie at 1820. Walked ard at PS..nothing much that really attracted me. MmMMmm...

After movie, we have no ideas where to go so i suggested to go Cosy Bay for some chill out. Hee...since both of us were still not hungry for dinner too :p
Took lotsa of pics over at Cosy Bay..on the other hand, we are also trying out my "new" 2nd-hand cam which i had bought. =)
An one month old canon ixus izoom for $150... from $200 to $150...Mmmm..i guess it is quite reasonable price for a second-hand camera.
I think we are crazy over taking pics..at the same time we were also exploring the functions & figuring it all out through the complicated settings of the camera...
The more we discover, the more pics we took..haha!
All pics containing just the 2 of us.. From self-taking pics to individual pics to timer-setting pics of ourselves! It was fun though crazy as we mugged at the camera :p
Love him lotsa...for accompany me, taking pics with me as and when i love it, bear with my nonsenses & craps...hee...and vice-versa, he should love me like i do.. ;)

Our stomachs started to "make noise" after that...meaning..they're calling for food! Not intending to dine at the cosy bay cafe as the menu didn't attracted the both of us, we decided to go down to geylang for our dinner cum supper!
Went to "You Tiao Da Wang" instead.
Ordered 2 bowls of taiwan mee sua, 10 'xiao long baos' (is it known as steam dumplings? I can't actually remember) and a egg-porkfloss shao bin. *seems like my fats are going to grow rapidly in me again... =.=

No where to go after that...we went down to meet sharon and the rest at Westcoast Park MacCafe.
I thought i would just be another night, sitting around a table with all the drinks and chat among ourselves...but unknowingly, it turns out to be a fun-filling & sweaty night at the park.
I felt like we were going back into the childhood times...where we used to mingle around with our friends at the playground, running about, playing around crazily..sweating & panting.....and yup..that's what we actually did that night. It was fun though! Totally just being crazy, childish and aggressive w/o any worries.
Forgot to take pics while we were playing with this particular recreational equipment which made up sweat like hell, pant like pink-panther & laugh as loudly as hyena...

Description of the recreational equipment we played:
It is round in shape that is hold up by a springy coil. It can tilted easily downwards just by any heavy weights or force applied on it.
How we played it:
Everyone will stand on it with our hands tightly hold on to the handle bar and try to push n pull from left to right, up & down. The intention is to push anyone out of it. Winner will be the one left behind.

Haha...it was fun..didn't intend to play at the start because i was wearing heels but the temptation can't stop me from joining in the fun.
Went over to the pyramid after that...climb up & up like monkeys...
We managed to take some pics these time..hee..felt like an old children at that time :p

-They were scared..while we were enjoying..haa!
